Diploma of Security and Risk Management PRS50103 (Nationally Recognised)

Any one wishing to build upon the Certificate IV in Security and Risk Management PRS40103 this is the qualification for you. 

This course is designed for those wishing to increase their knowledge in the security industry, build upon the Certificate IV in Security and Risk Management PRS40103, those working as security consultancy and generally those which are employed as National Security Operation Managers or Security company owners.

The selected units of competency include:

Core units: 

• PRSSM501A Establish and maintain an OH&S system
• PRSSM502A Coordinate security operations
• PRSSM503A Assess security risk management options
• BSBFLM501A Manage personal work priorities and professional development
• BSBFLM502A Provide leadership in the workplace
• BSBFLM503A Establish effective workplace relationships
• BSBFLM504A Facilitate work teams
• BSBFLM507A Manage quality customer service

Electives:

• PRSSM504A Prepare security risk management plan
• PRSSM505A Implement security risk management plan
• PRSSM506A Establish and implement a marketing strategy
• PRSSM507A Develop and implement a business plan

Once you have successfully completed all the above units you then are issued a Diploma of Security and Risk Management PRS50103

Note: To be issued a NSW Security Licence 2A - Security Consultant, using the Diploma of Security and Risk Management PRS50103 you must have been in the security industry or equivalent for two (2) years.
