Advantages of Interactive Training The first time students/employees experience deadly force situations should be in a safe training environment - Not OPERATIONALLY! This enables them to learn from their mistakes, and not pay for them.
- Highly recommended for military CQB/Tactics Instructors wishing to validate their training and/or tactics
- As Instructors/Trainers/Employers who operate in potentially lethal force environments, we should ensure that our students/employees are physically, emotionally & mentally prepared to deal with that situation should it arise.
- Facilitates relevant scenario based firearms training with limited infrastructure requirements
- Requires a minimum of mandatory safety equipment (Face, throat & groin protection)
- Enables lessons to be learnt in a realistic environment (Teach)
- Allows training to be assessed under job related stressors (Test)
- Facilitates assessment of operational tactics (Validation) Advanced Realistic Training minimises liability from the following considerations:
- PHYSICALLY Injuries/Training accidents & Fatalities (Negligence)
- LEGALLY Provision of appropriate training in lethal force encounters & justification & responsibility for every round fired (Accountability)
- LETHALITY Provision of poor training and tactics (Vicarious Liability)
